This group will begin Sunday, January 27 and will meet at various home and restaurant locations. Time and place will be announced in the bulletin bi-weekly. This group is for His Word Studios staff/volunteers and will be a time of refreshing and time together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Hoops
Hoops combines the care of our physical being with the development of our spiritual man. Come and enjoy playing a game of basketball while incorporating the study of scripture. Hoops is for men and women alike, ages 14 and above, and will meet on Sundays from 3:30-5:30pm beginning January 20.

Made to Crave
“Made To Crave” is a six-week Bible study by Lysa TerKeurst beginning tonight, Jan. 13. The study will being at 6pm and continue for 6 weeks. Note: (Meet at the CFH on Jan. 20. only) What a GREAT time to learn what the Word of God says about a healthy lifestyle. A new year, a new commitment, a new beginning. This study, taught by Melissa Snyder is not a “how to” course or the latest, greatest dieting plan. The Made to Crave study is a helpful companion to use alongside whatever healthy eating approach you choose. This Bible study will help you find the “want to” in how to make healthy lifestyle changes. A certified personal trainer in the group will help with nutrition and exercise plans should you need her assistance. This 6-week study uses the Made to Crave participant’s guide sold in most bookstores or online for $8. The study is for “big girls” and “big girl” issues will be discussed at times. Daughters and nieces ages 12 and older are invited. Please come and bring your bible and a notebook.

Roots is an exciting gathering that explores studies in the Word. We are focusing on discipleship in the History and Origins of the Word, Inspiration of the Word and the Cross, the Logos and Rhema. Our objective is to en- courage and deepen your walk with the Lord. Gathering meets each Sunday at 5pm.

LH2O Divin’ In

The Modern: Seer
This group will meet weekly beginning January 20 from 5-6:30pm. Topics included are, Who is a Seer? where are they found in the Bible? The Seer Gift is an invitation to know the heart of the Lord, to see what He is doing, to ehar what He is saying, to join Him in acts of compassion, wisdom, strength, power, prayer, and develop an intimate relationship with Him.

Divorce Care
Divorce Care is a 10-week Bible study. This class meets each week begin- ning Jan. 20 at 5pm. This class is taught by Linda Colvard. No workbook required. DivorceCare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Don’t go through separation or divorce alone. This 12-week program is a source of strength and guidance that is biblically based. DivorceCare will be led by facilitators who understand what you are going through and want to help. You’ll gain access to valuable DivorceCare resources to help you deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life.
